Blake Geoffrion continues the long line of family who played with the Montreal Canadiens. He is the fourth generation of the Geoffrion family who have played with the Habs.
Having Blake Geoffrion in the NHL has boosted the Nashville hockey programs in terms of talent and players. The growing number of hockey players in Middle Tennessee just continues to grow, thanks to Blake.
For Blake to play at Centennial Sportsplex, a local downtown ice rink, as a youth player, it brings hope to kids who really want to be in the NHL. He has made the hard path accessible in Nashville. It is great to see a Nashville kid still play in the NHL.
